touch

touch

A Poem by AKhaus

just a touch from those hands and I am unable to move beyond this moment.
a strand of your hair draped across my leg and I am tightly woven into your fibers.
a kiss from your lips which will take my everything and yet I have more.
there is nothing without this heat, a blaze of fire within me when your eyes touch mine.
I want to burn eternal there, here with you.
my bones crackle in the lava and my flesh perish in such red-orange bliss.
I live, I die, I live again - yet every time I need you near and I need you always.
