more than

more than

A Poem by AKhaus

An illusive transition from sleep to deprived reality and I find I need you more than what I bleed.
Digging deeper than the moon can see, you fall gently into my palm with such grace and strength that I'm compelled to speak.
I'm pounding these walls with red knuckles.
Trapped and then found with your sound.
Your voice dancing on water with the most subtle care and response to this absolute madness of me.
How can I be but yet a fixture around the moments you define with such beauty.
Our eyes meet and so the world moves...
