Every morning, I try to wake up at 7am, go down and eat my first meal before starting my 12hr fasting timer,

Some days, I wake up late and fast until 8pm,

Recently, after my 20 something day streak of fasting a perfect 12 hours, I’ve been doing partial fasts,

I think I shouldn’t work my body too hard,

Twelve hour fasting is a punishment. Be kind to your body Faery. I think you are right, don't work yourself too hard. Compromise and be happy.
