Do You Mind Starting OverA Poem by FaeryQueen|| i havent been on here much, but i write stuff to put here ||--- "Do You Mind Starting Over?" Khatoon Hazara ||| 12:50pm ||| 6.30.18 ||| 12 pt. font ||| Georgia I'm quite abrupt I see the puddles I used to jump in, but now they've seemed to stop They look at me as if to say, "We have had enough!" I am turned down by so many of my previous requests I remember I used to laugh and play Now we go our own seperate ways There are cauldrons still needing tending to I have abandonned them for rogue play I don't understand why I went that way I am quite not in control All my seams have come... Quite undone There is no metered tempo No elastic waistband I am in love, or don't you understand? This is what I've asked for, can you see it in my eyes? Narcisstic temperments can ruin a perfect moment Try and fold along the dotted lines Do you mind if we start over All of this is quite straining on me The pressure is too much, yes, I know this is a rush, but can you quiet these demons in my mind? ---
