I Am AlsoA Poem by FaeryQueenotsThe sheer white glow the sun brings; sudding up like bubbles and soaking into my skin that I have lain out the night before.
This; to prevent lack of resistance.
Can you imagine me now; without skin; without dignifying grace at all?
But I feel so free; the people can say what they will to me, as they always do, however I, with my adornments of bruises and love marks, will bring joy to my people, to my tribe.
The ones they dare call savages.
I am also.
The ones they dare call misfits; the ones who are dammed to an eternity of fire and hell-born demons.
The ones just like me.
