Distractions

Distractions

We’ve snuck out, haven’t we?

We’ve done it and we thought we couldn’t have escaped,

Look at us,

Lovers at night,

Do you see me?

Look at me and in my eyes are sparkles in which you cannot imagine its strength in happiness,

I feel you,

In my dreams; in my sleep; on my bed; when I’m awake,

I can’t stray away from you, can’t I?

And what wrong is that; to love?

You’ve known it for quite some time now, haven’t you?

But suddenly and as I’m typing these words, my face distorts and I’m silently looking off-ways,

Suddenly I’m wondering things only movie junkies wonder,

But, not in that sense that junkies often wonder where they think of the different alternate possible endings movies could’ve gone through had it not ended the way it did,

Right now, as I’m typing these words for your reading pleasures,

I’m feeling… different,

I’m feeling like a person who holds all knowledge of mankind and is thinking now of the reasons why the people around her do not know,

Do you know, love, in that which knowledge that I possess?

Do you know, because I do not?

And all at the same instance I have full understandings of everything that is surrounding me at this moment,

But enough of my beautiful knowledgeable distractions,

The cracks are too wide,

But I swear I can fill them in with my intellect.
