CloudsA Story by FaeryQueenP.O.V
It felt as if we were meeting for the first time, the way the clouds kissed. I smiled, and then the tears ran down my face, you weren't here to dry them, so why was I smiling?
I miss you, my body is floating on the taste of your essence. Depressed, my fingertips rise to the surface, pushing my cheeks all the way to you, so you would be able to kiss them. My lips are pressed to the windowpane, missing every part of you. As if you were right here, my eyes outline your shape and inside my heart beats feverishly, pretending that I could feel you under my skin. The clouds race to one another, as if for a lifetime, they've been waiting. Pushing and pulling one another, overlapping their love for each other, your kiss feels something like this. My hands are metaphorically entwined inside of your fingers and my heart beats the beat of a thousand lovers. Bodies on top of bodies, sounds overlapping sound. Clouds overlaying clouds, as the sum drenches them; sun-baked, just like our love. But our love is something you cannot escape.
