"Broken Lillie's"A Poem by FaeryQueenon the spot"Broken Lillie's'" Nothing left to be, to bleed is another thing altogether, to speak, those broken wings. Shifted eyes, averted, diverted, distracted by your light. Waves, rolling, as if on a scene, wind, pushes back to reveal what I've been missing. Heavy hearts beat, restlessly. Outside, the wind is chilling, don't wrap your arms around me, I shiver from the inside, when you smile. There's nothing left, my smile, broken glass, careful, you may bleed. The treasures, you found inside of me, one night, I tried to believe, but I couldn't. I never wanted to live here, inside this myriad, mirrors echoing sounds I've heard There is nothing to do, nothing to hold me, I am slowly falling, a clueless, in a world full of clues. Someone shout out, what I've been thinking. What I've been feeling: Lost.
