"Green Grass"

"Green Grass"
trying hard
to fight the darkness
the ever binding light
growing inside
the tunnel of echoes
you keep throwing yourself into
each and every time
only to hear the same voices again
telling you the same things

when the wind blows
and the tides come in
whispering greetings of farewell, whispering
the words
spoken
by your personal whirlwind
your chaos
your problems
on your shoulders, yet the world
has so many secrets to share
if you only listened
but you never really cared. Leaving but only a curd, the demonic
world you know, you left behind so many secrets.
so many rinds
broken inside
not knowing of the world
you're living in now

soon enough, it'll all come back to you
what you forgot
what you remember
soon enough, even the darkness will go away. There'll be nothing
but green grass
that'll await your presence

Nice poem!
Well done
Keep it up!

This suffers slightly (for me) from tense and punctuation problems but I think I know where you're going. Lots of people settle into their pity parties and never move on. That's a shame too. If only they could see the good that's out there and the good within themselves.

Beautiful, touching piece!
Felt the touch of fresh air and the green grass!
Vivid and profound!
