housewives have really changed

 

 

 

She sat

On that mat.

Against the wall,

She settled her back.

 A (Galaxy Note) in her left hand

In the other one, she held her ipad

In front, the laptop, to make some chat

And over there, the tv is also taking a part

I wondered, how much she would be smart!

To lead all of them , like a horse pulling a cart.

To make her stop it, from where can i start?

I asked her if she has any  interest in art

Or if she can make for us, a fruit tart

Ask for delivery, so perfect and fast

 my grey pants?- check the closet

haven't you seen my belt?

- I am busy ,look for it

And,  my wallet?

No need for it-

I've been to the market

All money was spent

My mind? My mind?-

what happened to it?

Nothing, but..completly lost..

first of all, im not writing about a real experience here. I know there are some housewives who are still real.., i hope housewives wont be replaced by robots..

ok, before i even read it... am gonna review the structure!!
what a fantastic structure which matches the title.... modern housewives try their best to maintain their figures.. thats for sure and his is written in a figure of a lady

ok, am a wreck now because am laughing my head off!! this is such a great poem!!
it brings out what the world has really become, women rule because of the technological advancements.... loved the ending when you started searching for your mind!!

oh the housewife! What a vision you paint of the modern housewife..with all her "time saving" gagets of communication... love the humor with questions and answers "fruit tart", pants, ect... love the way you ended it also... we really do lose our mind & creative ways to technology...
just a note... I prefer homemaker...and it is the most important job and the least appreciated at least here in the USA..and yet people hire others to do what that one homemaker did or does... I am glad to see.. you appreciate their value ( ;
