Thank You !

This was a teacher's day gift for my beloved grade 9 class teacher( Mrs. Rizwan )

As  summer  draws  near  and,

we must say good-byes.

You need a big "Thank You" and

I'll tell you why,

you've taught me so much and

been there each day.

You've helped me to grow and,

brighten my way.

I picked out a treat, something

sweet in this glass

to show you the things that

I've learned in your class.

Red is for all  of the love that you've shown,

you have made me feel truly loved

as I've grown

Orange is for choices, you've

helped me to see

that being the best, I know

it starts with me !

Yellow is sunny, its warm

and its clear that

just like your smile, it lights up

this little world of our

Green is for knowledge,

I'm taking with me, the things

I learned are important to me

Purple is courage from your

heart to mine

And so I say "Thank You" for

helping me shine...

So basically this was my first attempt, and I hope you enjoy :') .
