Global WarmingA Story by LukeAn essay taking the side of pro natural global warming.Global Warming?
Carbon dioxide and other harmful gasses are creating global warming, causing a rapid increase in the Earth’s climate temperature! This is what some people claim is happening to the earth. This statement is false and should not be taken seriously. Nature creates more than 90 percent of the worlds total carbon dioxide count. Global warming is a natural process that takes place approximately every 10,000 years. Greenhouse gasses like carbon dioxide are created by burning fossil (not clean burning) fuels. These gasses are believed to being trapped under the Earth’s atmosphere at lower altitudes, thus keeping heat built up and increasing the Earths’ temperature. Measurements supporting this theory are conducted in major cities, not in the rural areas over the world. Atmospheric measurements by weather satellites have shown no warming trend over the last 20 years, despite the vast amount of claims of global measurements of increased temperature. This proves that greenhouse gasses produced by humans are not raising the world’s temperature (“Taking Sides”). Researchers at As the worlds temperatures naturally raise, the carbon dioxide equilibrium in the Earth’s water changes. This causes the release of more carbon dioxide into the Earth’s atmosphere. So as the temperatures rise, so does the amount of carbon dioxide in the lower layers of the Earth’s atmosphere. This proves that the amount of carbon dioxide is acting as a thermometer and showing the rise of global climates, not the cause of them (“Global Warming Fast Facts”). The cause of global warming is not human produced greenhouse gasses. The real reason is nature. Human produced greenhouse gasses are a small percent of the annual amount of carbon dioxide produced by the Earth. The process of natural global warming has nothing to do with the human production of greenhouse gasses. This series of events is a process and this process is a natural part of planet Earth’s systemic atmosphere. © 2008 LukeAuthor's Note
