Wrinkle in your eye

Wrinkle in your eye

A Poem by kewayne wadley

I don't wanna be your lover,
I don't wanna be your friend,
I don't want things to become misunderstood,
The moments that go in hunger,
The seconds that go in anguish,
I don't wanna lose my mind in such a way,
I can't bare you to see me that way,
To lose my breath in such a way,
Uncanny, fulfilled,
For every thought to become eternity in an instant,
I don't wanna be your friend,
I dare not walk a line that blurs in such a way,
I don't wanna hold your hand,
Ultimate truths told through the flesh,
The throbs that echo from a heart in turbulence,
Grown reckless to all the stares that equate the perfect picture,
I don't wanna be your lover,
Hands that trace the linings that light the fires that burn between this world,
And the next,
A line drawn between temptation and insanity,
Talks of growing old hand in hand,
Hands that become lost in the woven ways your hair blows in the wind,
I don't wanna be either of the above because I love you,
I don't wanna ruin how perfect you are now,
Reason to why God doesn't answer all prayers

Actually he does answer all prayers just sometime the answer is no.This gives me mixed feelings but you end it with the lets not destroy a good thing,Sometimes when we cross that line we lose a beautiful friendship
