Sky-'Life'A Poem by Kevin AndrosThis is another song from our band
My heart cries out in pain
My fears being so vague Not a soul that I can confide into Crying silently, under the dark sky Left alone, ploughing on, Relentlessly, in this battle of life Not a soul to which I can sing (to) Moving quietly, under the empty sky Sometimes, I cry Empty my vessel, of Pain And sadness, When I Can Take no more My fears being so vague Not a soul in this creation That would suffice Lying motionless, In this wicked world Not a soul to which I can sing (to) Ploughing on, on this road of life Trying, frutilessly, to make this fruitful But then, (I) See the sun shining from the back of the dark clouds, Sky always stays clear, It's just the temporary patches Of the dark clouds That covers up the face of the sky Even the darkest patch of the most menancing ones, Results in downpour, Heavy rain, Fruitful, at least, In a way So, (I) move along, desparate (for) my clouds to rain To bear the fruit, on the tree of my (ages/years), That I've grown, Ploughing on, on this field of life © 2008 Kevin AndrosAuthor's Note
