Stripped of Worth

Stripped of Worth

A Poem by Tabitha Dings
"

Sometimes things happen that are just too painful. And they need to be expressed in writing. I feel it relieves a lot of the sorrow and utter agony within.

"
Fearful of life
Utterly disgusted
Worthless
Stripped of dignity
Battered and bruised
Hating all people
Desiring death

He did this to me
I want him to die
I want to end this pain
I want to leave this life

Confused in life
Incredibly saddened
Broken
Stripped of all my joys
Torn and shattered
Hating my body
Desiring death

He did this to me
I have not the strength
To move on with my life
I wish this pain would go

About
I'm normally a rather depressed creature, but I find solace in my son and my writing. Though God has been there through much of my pain, I feel that he gave me my writing for further comfort. I do hop.. more..
