Lion Tattoo

Lion Tattoo

A Poem by Miss Kerri
"

A lion is everything that I'm not.

"
I'm actually sweating this one out,
Simply because I don't know what to do anymore.
My heart feels weak,
But my brain feels wired.
I don't know what to do,
I don't know how to feel,
I just don't know.
I feel like crying,
But I also feel like screaming at you.
I think I'm going to take my feelings for you,
And leave town.
I've put all of my memories in my suitcase,
And locked it with something that I'll never be.
If true love exists,
You'll be able to find me...
Right?
I'll never know.
You may know where I am,
But just never show up.
Would you?
I'm so confused,
Even more confused than this writing piece.
I rather write a half-fast poem,
Than make a half-fast decision.
But it looks like you already made yours,
At full speed.
Thanks.
"I just want to go home."

Another great emotional, raw piece. Great writing.

I think so many people are going to read this and be able to relate to it. So well done you!
Keep up the good work. And remember, if nothing else, you'll always have your pen, innumerable unwritten words, and all us strangers waiting to hear what you have to say.

Wow. Well, you got me with this one. Exactly how I'm feeling right now. If it's true love, he would fine me, right? But at the same time - I just don't think he would. Fantastic job throwing your thoughts down. I adore this piece. Going into my favorites! xo :)
