The Reality. (Part Two)A Poem by Miss KerriI didn't listen when they told me to run.
It was that Saturday night we couldn't wait for,
The night we wore our hearts on our sleeves. I held my breath with an open mind, Hoping it would be everything you promised me it'd be. Pacing back and forth through a starlit room, I finally found you. As I think back to that night, The smell of your shirt slowed down time. Through little white lies and your brown, wide eyes, You had other plans of yours in mind. Our unknown plans may have fallen through, But I'll never forget how I felt when I danced with you.
