I'm Talking About Love!

Just a quick little poem-ish spoken word kind of thing :P <3

Love. You know,

love. The kind of love that'll

stick around, not just

hit and run.

The kind of love that

makes you smile when

you're sad. I'm talking about

love. The kind of love that

sees past our appearance

our accent

our skin color

our beliefs and

our imperfections.

REAL love. The type of

love that won't judge us for what we've done

and will help us through everything we will do.

Silly,

blind,

giggle-till-your-sides-hurt

love.

Love that digs deeper then the skin

love that ignores our insecurities

and enforces affection,

love that opens your eyes!

I am talking about LOVE!

L-O-V-E,

do you know that love?

Because THIS love,

this love is so much more then a word,

an emotion.

this love is larger then life,

this love that has the power to

save a life,

SAVE a SOUL.

Love breathing life

into dry bones,

love giving hope when there

is only doubt,

love showing LIGHT,

where light has never been shown.

If you don't know what I'm talking about,

up.
