People Pain

People Pain

A Poem by ♪The Girl Next Door♪
"

Everyone has pain in they're life, and everyone has different ways to deal with it, but no ones pain is more qualified to be recognized then anothers.

"

There's the girl

who sits alone in class

Nose-deep in a book

secretly argueing with her past

Scars she's endured

she tries to hide

she'll only get more

if she gets on daddy's bad side.

And that's the boy

who gets shoved around

walks home alone

with out a sound.

He plays his music loud

to drown out his pains

and cries for help

on his wrist, red stains

So who's that s**t

every week, a new ex

All that's in her think blonde head

Is make-up, money and sex

But underneath

all the fame

she's not loved at all

her heart's just the same

And there's that guy

he's on 3 sports teams

beats up kids for fun

but he's more then he seems

When he was young

back when love, he didn't lack

but then his daddy left

and he never came back

Hello there, miss

who dances in the rain

seems happy at first

but then you see her pain

Her life is good

but she's still depressed

craving love is hard

and left her distressed

So when you're feeling down,

just stay true to you

find good friends that care

and you'll make it through.

Thanks so much Maddie!
Very intense, but true as well. I can definitely relate to this both personally and what I've observed in hundreds of people throughout the years. Well written Makenzie, and kudos!
