Remember Me

A little something I wrote in Creative Writing class

No one Knows you better than me she says

Wow how true that is.

You hardly ever think ofme but you should.

You are not too old to remember Peter Pan's Shadow how escaped

O how all us other shadows envy him.

I know all your secrets, Yes I said all of them.

Well except for the ones made at noon

For that is when I dissapere to places unknown to narrow minded beings such as yourself

I know you what you say under your breath when you can't speak it aloud

I know who you think about day in and day out

I also know who and what you write about

For Mr. Pen's shadow tells me things

I've seen what you do in those dakr corners of the theater

When onstage I feel the thigns you feel for I shake too

When in the mirror

I worry about what you wear as well because I don't want you making me look bad

Yes I even know about those conversations you've been having

SO before you completely ignore me

I think you should take a closer look

Because just as Mr. Pan's shadow did

I could escape and in so doing

Release all those wonderful little secrets.
