Best Friends.

Best Friends.

A Poem by Kelsie :]

I can’t picture my life,

And what it would be like,

If they weren’t here to guide me,

Through thin and thick,

Catch my every fall,

Not to be scared to slap me in the face here and there,

Listen to my every word even if you need subtitles to understand me,

They mean so much to me,

Even if they point and laugh,

At the most retarded things

Every moment I spend with them,

It’s always a new adventure,

These are the people who prove they deserve,

Every speck of my time,

My love,

My respect,

My trust,

And my friendship,

That’s why I call them my best friends.

Awwww....my best friend requested me to read this, and I saw the title, and I automatically smiled=] she's so sweet. But I love this poem. You did great on it. It definately describes my best friend, with the laughing at the most retarded things part...lol this is inspirational. It makes me think of all of my friends, and puts a smile on my face. Though it may not be in depth, this poem is the BOMB! You must have some great friends. Great job and keep up the good work. I hope to hear more from you soon=]

Great poem, and you certainly convey your feelings for your best friends beautifully, how lucky you all are to have each other. This was a joy to read.

I was driving around earlier thinking about writing a poem about how my friends help me get through life. Nice write!

There's one grammar thing, just so you know:

"Threw thin and thick" -- I believe you meant to say "Through thin and thick". I really like the phrase, though, how you twisted around "thick and thin". Well done!

As The Beatles say, "I get by with a little help from my friends".

Have a nice day!

nice and loving a true testiment to friendship and it's strength. I often wish that there were more people in the world that could be considered friends like that. to have more then one, i think it's awsome!
