Don't Worry

Don't Worry

A Poem by Kelsey B.

I see

Every question

Formed in frenzied

Desperate whys

Piercing red-stained

Broken skies

I tell you

Don’t worry

It’s only life

I hear

All the colors

In a rainbow

Of refraction

As I fight through

My distraction

To tell you

Don’t worry

It’s only life

But still you

Whine

And stare

And mumble

In a disconcerting

Jumble

I want to tell you

Don’t worry

It’s only life

Please

Hold my

Hand and

Don’t let go

You and I

Will never know

I need to tell you

Don’t worry

It’s only life
