The UnderA Poem by kelseyalexroseFalling, falling, falling down...
A body of oil, my blood runs like water;
Sinking me, pulling me, into the folds of my bed. "Envelope me" I cry, "like Persephone's love." Crush me, use me, need me, all to fill me, with a bitter some-thing, for my body keeps deflating, more and more my mind is aching. There's a weight crushed in my fear, slowly, surely, dragging me Under. Oh relieve me, feel me, see me, as I lowly drop down Under. Hurt me, build me, now destroy me, all to save me from The Under. Now goodbye thee, there you lie me, and my body falls down Under.
