Up until the day you graced me with your love.

My mind had been searching for the love and respect 

Though the last 16 years 

But for the last year for sure 

I begun to see that there was 

No better place i would rather be 

Then spending time with you 

Rather it is five seconds 

Five minutes 

Five hours

Or even five days 

The time with you is worth it every time 

Its the memories we make

That will carry us beyond the things that hurt 

Its your love that helps me get though the day 

There is no better place 

That i would rather be 

Then your warm caring hugs 

Or lending a listening ear 

To the stories that no one else gets to hear 

Or maybe it is your beauty 

That shines though all the others 

You made your way into my heart 

The secrets we tell are held deep within my soul 

Wrapping your love around me when you are not around 

No matter what 

Not a day passes and i am not inspired 

Always admiring your soul

There is not a day i would not rather be making more memories 

Sharing a day of laughs 

But there is no better place 

Then right by your side 

Loving you
