Depression but fighting enemy and positive outlook

Falling

Deep down inside so confused feel trapped
Body feels like crap
Think you falling apart
Just stab yourself with a dart
But that’s not the answer
And you definitely are not a dancer
Family and others put you down
So you can’t wear your favorite crown
And try so hard to hide the frown
Instead you act like a clown
You feel like you don’t belong and feel so out of space
But that’s not the case you just have to wake up and face
Face the fear and the enemy of the lies
Get up and fly
Fight the current
Don’t drown in the hurt
So much shame, guilt, pain
feel so lame
Feel worhtless and no good
Can’t even eat food
Makes me feel ugly and disgusting
Want to throw up so can be pretty and not frustrating
The hurt has been buried for so long it’s so dark
But this therapist is making a mark
No more mask
Instead taking a new task
Crossed paths for reason
This is just a season
How do you believe the truth when so lost
Hard to see when feel like there’s a punch or cost
The end of the road is blurry
You get on the ferry
The water is calming
But your body is bombing
It feels like a roll coaster full of emotions
And your going through so many commotions
Not sure what’s real and what’s fake
Can’t even turn oven on to bake
You so disoriented and drowning
Can’t fight the waves
Not even brave
You feel weak
That your body even leaks
You embrassed scared ashamed
That you can’t even ask for help to make a claim.
You want help but afraid of the result
You feel like all your fault
Trust is hard due to abandonment issues
You cry so much go through a box of tissues
You hide crying from others
Due to its a bother
You feel like a burden or lost cause
You want to be invisible or make believe like Santa Clause
Please help me understand and heal
So I can get rid of this hard seal
I want to see
And be me
I want to be free
No more chains
It hurts my brain
My heart wants to be loved and accepted
Not rejected
No judgment
Just comfort and excitement
