There is Hope

I wrote this poem because of past issues and seeing others go through rough times. I realized there is more to life and a purpose. It is called Hope and I feel Jesus is my hope so i wrote this.

Wake up to see not a cloud up in the sky,
Feeling like you just want to die,
wishing you could just run and hide,
or even get swept away in the ocean tide.
Wondering if you can survive,
with the feeling of not wanting to be alive.
Dealing with lies in your head,
feeling like your dead.
Just wishing there is away out
Well there is it is called Hope.
Wanting to be rescued,
you can just grab on to the hand,
let it all go and hold on to the hand and see the light,
then you can shine bright.
Feeling some anxiety and fear,
maybe wanting to turn away and drink a beer.
But don't  because you can cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.
When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
Say to yourself there is Hope.
When I am afraid I Say The Lord is on my side,
I will not fear. What can man do to me?
The Lord is your helper.
You may have doubts , feel like you are on a roller coaster
you may think all the things you have done the Lord won't love you.
Well that is not true because the Lord loves everyone.
We are not alone anytime because the Lord is always with us. He never leaves us.
In Romans 5:5 it says Hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us, God loves us all and has wonderful plans for all of us. So hope is nothing to fear.
Just grab onto the hand, Let it all go and hold on to the hand and see the light, so you can shine bright. The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save, he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will exhault  over you with loud singing. In Jeremiah29:11 it says For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not evil, to give you a future and a hope. So say to yourself And now, O Lord, for what do I wait? My hope is in you. The hope is the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the hope that is out there and loves everyone and loves unconditionally. He never gives up on us or stops loving us.
