Arms

Arms

A Poem by Bookworm1223

Drown me in your arms,

Suffocate me in your embrace.

I’m dying for your touch.

I’d kill for your grace.

Say my name so sweet,

Syllables falling from your lips.

Rushing to my open ears

Burning my cheeks, tingling in my hips.

Your mouth turns up,

A cynical smile.

You wink and laugh,

Unintentionally beguile.

I ache to be yours,

Every nerve begs and whines,

As my heart begs a silent question.

Do you wish you were mine?

So if you think the flow is a bit sticky, that's fine. I actually intended for it to be a free form poem so.... yeah :)
