There is nothing else like it

 

My world is like a fallen tree

Forever dead and disentegrating

My skin like a lizards' - rough

My hair like straw - Flat and Thin

My eyes like pools - deep and grey

My love did this to me

Help me;

From this desolate love;

slowly killing me;

I need my love

I want my love

Your love is my high

Yes the pain of love can overtake us. My wise Grandfather told me. Only way to get over sadness. Is find another who is better. The poem was sad and the ending had a good wish and desire to know peace once again. A excellent poem.
