My voice bleeds pain

Tears streaming down my face

 

The clouds overhead are omniscent

My eyes and wings forever changed

 

What used to be tri-colored

is now all black

 

My heart has stopped beating

my life no longer my own

 

I thought all were supposed to be happy

....even angels

 

I dared to love..

I paid the price....

 

My love is forever in hell

I chose to love a fallen

 

I may have fallen from heaven's grace

but i still feel

 

My wings may be black

but their still wings

 

They're still mine!

Okay. Rereviewed after edits. Much better. A little disconnect with the angel falling because of love. (I think I know where you're going with it) maybe in this metaphor it might work even better if the angels love is somehow linked to a sinner/fallen one to make it make a bit more sense. But much better now than before

What happened to this angel to have fallen? A powerful song of sorrow. But give me some more. At least a hint of the transgression. I feel for her but need more. Good picture of pain and sorrow.
