A Poem by Mortimer Brewster

My first road of life was so nice anyone would have enjoyed it
My guide was so awesome there wasn't anything my guide couldn't explain
But unfortunately I came to a broken part full cracks and a giant pit
I managed to get through worst part damaged but alive and lost in the rain
I lost my guide in that broken road now I have to continue on this cracked trail
The rain continues as I travel down this deserted damaged route
My road was dangerous and steep I could fall off at any minute but I will prevail
At least that is my feelings as I will always refuse to bow out
I have been on this long windy road for so long without my guide
I did my best to stay on the road and not stray to a more broken path
I eventually found someone with a new map and I had to decide
If I was going to follow this new map or continue and suffer my roads wrath
I chose to follow my new map and its straighter and better road
The road was so much brighter and full of life compared to the my last one
My new road and guide are just as awesome as my first guide and I was bestowed
With the life love and happiness I had always wanted but I was hit with a stun
As I ran into another rough patch and lost another guide to my broken track
So now I must continue to go down the rainy deserted road that i have come to abhor
The cracks in my road have gotten bigger and have become a big setback
But I will continue to persevere and use the memories of my guides that I adore
