Traveler 1

In a room full of people I feel  so alone,

Everyone’s happy and everyone smiles.

But not me.

Traveling down a road scared and confused,

Lost with no destination.

I ask for directions, they bring me here.

A second road, full of obstacles,

Full of twists and turns.

Feeling as if this road will last forever,

But I know it won’t.

It’s a long road, that’ll lead to the next.

A third road, a road of happiness and joy.

A road of excitement and comfort.

But when I reach this third road,

 I will not go back to the first or the second.

I will keep traveling this third road,

Where I can be me.

I’ll finally realize that I am FREE.
