Watercolors

Watercolors

A Poem by kbob
"

A child's painted description of her.

"

I animate life with watercolors

Swimming through cloudless skies

Desolate cries

I’m drowning in azure eyes

I gaze into the embers of a dying flame

Tearing the bark from yellowing trees

Hollow seas

I’m resting atop the amber leaves

I breathe back from under dim shade

An oasis in the desert light

Hopeless fight

I'll trace her smile with the stars tonight

If you think that some of it seems out of place, its because each stanza is supposed to be a different mood created by the sight instead of a direct discription
