Seductress

Seductress

A Poem by kbob
"

teptation looms over us all.

"

Broken innocence in at home in her smile

It grazes the tips of her cheeks

It has learned to drain my heart

Whenever her coldness peaks

Gentle temptation is grounded is her eyes

It pierces a raw stare

Love if you can’t stop it

Love if you dare

White lust settles in her skin

A memoir of false affection

It will take you away

Away in the wrong direction

Desire

But don’t obtain

Love

But you must refrain

Her gifts will make you whole

But her soul will rip you apart

Don’t covet this seductress

If you want to keep your heart

hehh.. that's funny that you put that as your note cause i was going to ask you who it was about! but i stile want to know nevertheless... anyways, this was a great description of a lot of girls, i mean i could see her and i knew her deceiving ways. The only thing i would dare to question about this is why you used covet in that sentence, it can make sense, but not in how the rest of the poem was. idk. but it was freakin' sweet!! i wish i could write good love poems!
