Goodbye MeA Poem by that-little-green-monsterA poem about a fictional girl but very true things that happen sometimes when people are bullied.
"You're so fat,
Why do you even try? You're so pathetic, And everyone thinks so." The mirror shattered at her feet, The crimson dripping from her fingers. The scars forever on her wrists, Her heart too torn to beat. She contemplates her choices, And gazes at the knife that could set her free. She tried her hardest, To be the best person she could be. Nobody really cares, About her hardships. Nobody notices, The scars forever on her wrists. The small flame of hope, She use to keep alive, Is quickly extinguished. She avoids her reflection, To avoid the truth. © 2012 that-little-green-monsterFeatured Review
