Everything breaks down someday.

Everything breaks down someday.

A Poem by Kay

Acid induced dreams have me

creating metaphors I’ll never remember.

There used to be a hopeful light

shining down on me. But it burned out,

and now all I’m left with is this broken

piece of glass and this broken home.

Please try to comprehend..

Everything breaks.

Everything ends.

Everyone lies.

Do not try to explain to me your favorite rationalization.

I’m burning this message into everything I touch,

        I don’t care. I’m too far gone.

I dare you.

I dare you.

I dare you.

        You will not change me.
