Cinderella.

Cinderella.

A Poem by kaylynnmelody♥
"

Cinderella by Steven Curtis Chapman.♥

"

Twirl, Twirl, Twirl.

Her dress dances in the wind.

Her grace amazes me.

Is she really my daughter?

Laughs, Laughs, Laughs.

Her smile lights up a room.

My little girl is growing up.

Is she really my daughter?

Tears, Heartache, Pains.

She comes home with a broken heart, from boy.

I take her in my arms, my teenager is growing up.

Laughs, Smiles, Dresses.

She comes home with a ring on her finger.

"Dad, I need to practice my dancing."

I dance with my cinderella.

Her white gown is impeccable.

She's gorgeous.

She reminds me of my little girl at the ball.

Boom. Clank. Crash.

The clock striked midnight too early.

Give me one more hour.

Her gown is now a vivid red.

Is this really my daughter?

I like it. What is the red dress symbolizing? A loss of innocence or blood? I'm very curious, needless to say! You'll have to explain it a little bit to me later.
