after returning from a hiatus..

i want you

to write something that you'd

scream off of the top of a mountain

that you'd get tattooed on your body 

because the only window to your soul 

doesnt have to be your eyes

write something 

you could never let leave your lips

letting every last tear pour 

from the end of your ballpoint pen

allow the vibrations to run

back through the tips of your fingers

like electric shocks

what you write should revitalize you 

it should free you 

every rhyme 

every line

should break the link 

in the chains that've held your

heart hostage for so long
