push me downA Poem by mikayla baldwinwhen i was in elementary school...push me down again yea i know i'm fat i get it my smile is weird my hair is too short okay i'm sorry that's the second pair of glasses this month but you're not pretty either you're mean here's my lunch here's my bouncy ball i'll never sit on your swing again i didn't want to play here anyways i'm sorry here's my candy mommy help please the teacher doesn't believe me if i tell again they'll hit me i just want to play soccer with the other kids, i can't my legs still have bruises and you didn't kiss them like you said you would mom they don't even let me play why don't you listen to me? where are you going? mom? mom? mom? dad come home from work mom just packed up her stuff she's gone daddy's sad just like me i wonder if mommy pushes daddy too daddy said mommy isn't coming back he's screaming again he's breaking stuff again stop dad, here i drew you this picture it's us i crossed mommy out for you she can't push us anymore
