I’ve fallen for her and I need to learn how to tell her.

I don't know how to love.
I don't know how to hold someone's hand and make them feel safe,
or how to always know the right things to say, or even how to make paper flowers, purple, your favourite.
I want to tell you how much I adore you,
how fast my heart races when I see you,
how I want to talk to you every day
and not worry about being the only one who feels this way.
I don't know how to love without messing it up and I don't want to lose you,
so l'll learn how to hold your hand and make you feel safe.
I'll say the right things to make you smile,
I'll tell you how I feel even if you don't feel the same because I want to love and I want you to stay.
You deserve to have someone make you
purple paper flowers.
