Just a Fan

I have a strange fear
I don't want to be just another "fan"
Celebrities must meet
And get fan mail from so many different people
But at the end of the day they will all just be "fans"
Each one the same.
None of their names remembered.
Just another "fan"
Another face in the crowd of people
But I don't want to be.
I want to be a friend.
Someone they can message
If they're having a hard time or stressed out
But doesn't that sound unreasonable?
Am I just being selfish?
Maybe I am just another "fan"

Just another poem. I don't know if anyone else feels this way about being a "fan", but I know I do.
