Shooting Star

Shooting Star

A Poem by Kaotic Barbie
"

I'm feeling a positive poem.

"
A dark sight breaking away.
A drip of taste and a drop of love.
My lips so red and the color so right.
Tonight I can finally feel the symphony above.

Ringing in my ears but in a beautiful way.
Tonight's the night of magical meaning.
The spirit surrounding the smile I give.
The dark spirit vanished, no more grieving.

I was so blind then, I know it all now.
With my eyes wide open, I can see so far.
I'm swimming in music and losing my fears.
Flying so high, just call me a shooting star.

The crystals in my eyes tell all.
With the storm gone, my beauty is free.
It's my cup of tea now and I don't mind.
Come one, come all, I am such a sight see.

You can have all this if you just try.
Just take a chance and forgive your soul.
It will not be a regret, you will shine on.
Don't let the others judge you, play your own role.

The sky's always looking for just one more.
So take a chance and crack the door ajar.
Stick your head out and watch us all shine.
Now it's your turn to be your own shooting star.

Beautiful, dear.

I have noticed your struggles w/darker moods, and empathized utterly.

This fine poem carries all the energy and grace of alignment to shining Spirit. It touches the reader exactly as you intend -- a blessing indeed.

I'm glad that you have the ability to go from writing your darker material, to something like this. It shows true talent and that is all that matters
