Waterfalls

It's been a long way comming
And to you i have won it all
But to me I've barely made it up the hills
cus' I been swimming in waterfalls
cus' my life been aiming down, down down
Pushing on me to go further just to fall
fall all the way to the rough ground.

Cus' I aint got much left to learn
Drifting in the same rivers as long before
blaming my own wadeing and not making a move
soaking it all up to my lost inner core.

Cus' It's been pushing me down, down down
Beating me up from every angle
Leaving me to the lonely rocks
causing my mind to stay in a rough tangle.

I've been waiting around for way too long
For someone to come catch my fall
but they keep on pushing me down deeper
cus' I been swimming in waterfalls
cus' this is as good as life gets these days
pulling me out might not save me now
but pushing me down might be one of the ways.

A way to drag the misery away from my face
A way to drown my ever growing sorrow
Cus' I been swimming in these waterfalls
But where will I end up tomorrow?

And when I finally go over this tide
Will you jump in after me or just stand tall?
Cus' I aint afraid of the end comming near
Cus' I been swimming in waterfalls.
