Ups and Downs

This came from the heart :) It's kinda true, but i'm not a monster haha

You say yes, I say no
We're different, but the same
I could never live without you
You're my breath of fresh air in my lungs.
You keep me calm , you keep me safe
From the monster that's trapped inside me.
That's why I need you.
We have our ups and downs,
But doesn't everyone?

Does anyone else feel the same way? I'm young, but nobody's too young for love :)

another good one. but you can see that the fifth line is waaay too long. why not break it up in two?
