Magic

I stood there in the cold alone
On a snowy winter night
Waiting there for the magic,
While slowly getting frostbite.

Then it suddenly happened
My frown turned into a smile
It was Santa , with his sleigh
and I said "You took a while!"

The elves gave a smirk
And Santa said "ho ho!"
I grinned proudly 
and he asked why I was out here in the snow.

We went into my sitting room
And dusted ourselves clean
And then he pulled out of his bag
An Xbox 360!

Author's Note

Just to the viewers, I have lost a bit of belief in Santa, but only a little. Maybe this will bring Christmas cheer! Sorry if the rhyming is a bit off ;)

I honestly like this poem Amy. it's good one. I don't know much about rhyming and rhythm and all that. I mostly write stories. but I found this quite sweet. I hope Santa reads this. He'll certainly grant your wish.
