Rabbit Hole

Rabbit Hole

A Poem by kathleen
"

This is a new one, enjoy. ta-ta!

"

I'm falling, like Alice down the rabbit hole.

Think I bumped my head on my way down the rabbit hole, bruised my soul.

Started drinking from strange bottles, getting fucked up.

Meeting strange people, couldn't have been stranger than I.

This wonderland is my hell, its really no tea party.

Blood red roses, decapitated men.

I didn't play my cards quite right.

I'm madder than the Hatter, I swear I am.

Dark times are ahead of me and there will be a time where I must choose between what is right and what is easy.

I'm higher than the caterpillar now.

Seeing a cat full of stripes, he tends to disappear a lot.

I am used to people and things disappearing on me.

I think I've seen that rabbit again, his pocket watch haunting me with its

ticktocks.

I know I'm running out of time...

running... It's all I do.

Ran away from home, ran away to this wonderland.

Think I'll take another drink, this bottle is tempting me.

Drink me.

I might never escape this wonderland, might never leave this hell.
