Deep Night Aura

Deep night’s aura holds the Moon ensconced within a circular cream rainbow glowing.

The Heavens cast a display from tiniest drops of moisture; a laden ebony radiance of glory.

Soft coolness preserves every fragrance newly alive of trees and Daffodils flowering.

A curtain, a gossamer gauze veil stretched. The stars hide in joy from here to eternity.

This night feels like a joyous ceremony to run, touch and smell every delightful bloom.

As a little girl released running shoeless and free in a rambling exploration uncontained.

No questions haunting or blaring lights of modern day only solitude’s presence of grace.

There is a message within me, “This beauty you see is a faint picture, revealing true home.”

This soul stands with head back staring at vistas rare, minutes pass barely noticed at all.

It is the world within; this living soul is pulled in testimony by the pure Holy Spirit of God.

This night of special occasion is passing but it shows the reality of an eternal time coming.

To know the design within, placed by Christ, will one day be reality.

Special occasions so personal between my savior and this lamb will be perfected in time.

Oh Dear Lord we await you and know you have left clues which dazzle our inner vision.

You have given us the ability to know and see your beauty.

We love your voice which shows your reality.

JE Falcon,
Thank you.
You wear your faith on your sleeve I see. Wright where you want it I'm sure. Your line 'solitudes sense of grace' was is really good. Your poetry is your voice that shares with God.

What a great piece of inspired writing Kathy which reflects your deep faith. Even though i don't share your belief I share in being in awe at the wonders of nature. It's easy to understand the belief in a supernatural creator.
Hope you are well. We are enjoying the spring and looking forward to summer.
All the best,
Alan

One may beat a drum and an egg of course, but as far as I am concerned, one just cannot beat a decent bit of written prose .. and what a splendid example of such an expressive poetic form you have posted for us here .. and in which, we who visit might choose to rest awhile and contemplate each word so seamlessly strung together .. Bless you Kathy .......................... Neville :)

This is incredible, uplifting and spiritually packed, Kathy.
We worry about many things we have no power to change. Why can't we then give everything up to God to take total control?

I enjoyed your writings.
Write on, dear poet.

Indeed, keep looking up because that's the source of all hope, faith and love. What did the psalmist say, "I lift up my eyes unto the hills..." The Teacher still teaches, the Spirit still moves in one direction, God still sits on the Throne. I enjoyed the read. F.
