Inner Starlight

Blessings beyond my understanding.

 

Inner starlight

 

During a walk within night shadow an image coalesces.

Gradually emotion and thought swirl together.

Within soft velvet darkness I am alone in time.

. What is it about walking in solitude that helps this process?

With every step through memories let me linger.

This trembling soul holds its own starlight rhyme.

My soul reflects as I absorb above heaven’s twinkling message.

Is it even mine to claim, rolling through forever?

No, nothing of creative design was my idea sublime.

Seeking inner sanctum I wander amidst thoughts priceless.

Multi glowing threads of time weave into forever.

Not seeing the future, faith gives the hill to Climb.

Still, quiet, no breeze but my life walking joyous.

These hands control nothing; God’s Holy Spirit is the giver.

Motivation to my core comes from God’s life chime.

Within every inhaling breath Jesus is strength essence.

Of this soul, Holy God, Lover, true purity.

My spirit longs to sync with the Holy One in perfect time.

Humble is a place where all that is toxic falls away and all that is left is gratitude.

I like your phrase, "soul of solitude.' How meaningful. solitude is something which can be a special room a place, a sanctum if we don't run from what may be found there. A place to face our fears, search for answers, ponder life and etcetera. You really gave sweet little review.

You have noticed the need all humanity carries in their very being: 'to not be alone.' We were designed with this trait and it drives so much of our lives. Where does it come from: just as I have done now we also are always searching and asking. It is from the one whom created us. It is His thumbprint. Our need is Salvation untill we are washed by the blood of Christ true peace is but a whisper, a clue, a need.

The title of this poem was already beautiful, and the contents inside delivered in every way possible. It was sparkling and magical. I love the gratefulness of this poem, and the acceptance that things just are, simply because they are. I have lived through many experiences and step by step have come to the relization that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world and not a fairy tale or made up thing. He is real. The bible is very ancient and all through this precious book are the story of God creating the world, world history and the prophecies which many have come true then and now. So this faith we speak of is not just my choice for myself but my whole life is held within God's embrace. Guess you could call me a Jesus person.
