How do we view others? Are we looking for a battle line? Is there a way to disagree, to protest where peace is the focus. We must not forget that this earth is shared. Blessings

Reading You is akin to a stroll through a sunlit☀️garden, filled with endless species of colorful flowers, gentle ferns of every green, bushes and plants of lilac, roses, endless varieties of azalea, and trees filled with every fruit and glorious aroma known.
And, who, but You, could have solved the mystery that we all, though different, are also the same, with frailties and strengths, dreams and desires, needs and yearnings, hate and love, hope and despair, kindness and meanness, generosity and selfishness … nearly endless traits are brought to mind by the wonderment and wisdom that flows from your heart's and mind's depthless cornucopia of insight and grasp of life around us -- human, fauna, and flora, alike.
Yes, m'dear, one could read your writings, one after another, and never fail to be amazed by the uniquely splendid being revealed that every trial and reward life has made of You, then, your many inherent qualities that allowed it to.
🌈 Ahhh, that the world were, in your soul's bright vision, as you would have it be.
It's no wonder your poetry sings so beautifully and dances so vibrantly upon the page, into our appreciatively smitten hearts, minds, and souls.
Thank you, M'Dear Poetess, with a bushel basket of happy hugs! ⁓ Richard 🍃

I see a review albeit 2 yrs ago. Oh my where did the time slip off too? Your words-thoughts-feelings are so true and really, really encouraging. We people can support each other. Love how you do!
Today I am home and resting. It has been so nice.
Bless you inside out. Kathy
It was a pleasure to come back and read these lines a second time Kathy after a two year gap. Food for thought. We are even more divided now than we were then. So much work to do to appreciate the common thread that joins us rather than focusing on the divisions. Hope you are keeping well and safe.

I understand what you mean in our present life reality. Whether everyone wants to accept it or not. We really are in this life together. Thank you so much for pointing out your own feelings and thoughts. It's nice to be able to be heard. And to know others are listening. Word say so much whether written or audible. Bless you dear writer friend. Keep being the unique person you are.

What a wonderful thought Kathy. We focus on the negative too much and how we differ. It's more important than ever that we find a way to exist in harmony and with the earth. Every so often there are people that show us the way such as Mandela but it ordinary folk can make a difference. Well done for your inspiration.

Isn't life about our choices-decisions which come from the way we choose to think. The battle actually starts inside our souls-our minds. We then act accordingly. The beauty of humanity for me is that all people have this as a thumbprint upon their very design. We are complex for sure. I loved your above helpful words. Your last statement about inspiration goes a long way for me too!
Thank you! Blessings to you. Kathy
Kathy, a brilliant and creative work that shifts the mind from seeing the battle to imagining a pleasant fragrance, together. "Your difference is the commonality" echoes long after reading this poem. We truly do have the capacity for goodness, and it lies among us as a community. You've captured that so well here.

I really appreciate you spreading some hope related within your review. Encouragement sure goes a super long way. The world is complex but we can try to be hopeful, be kind.

Wonderful inspirational read. Where there is so much division around us daily., it is good to remember the common thread and what joins us rather than separates us. You have conveyed that so well here Kathy.

When I am in a mood I will crack the biggest smile and watch the passers by cringe in confusion it is fun to do that sometimes... LOL I am gifted with a loving mindset I see beauty in everyone and I think I have obliterated most prejudices (which is an active endeavor mind you:) I love your questions in this poem ones that we all need to ask now and again

Well, to live in this world is not always easy. To simply try to care and take it from there is how Iv'e always lived. Sometimes it has been one long struggle but well life is just that way sometimes. We can as the saying goes, 'pick our battles.' I truly appreciate your blessed choice to see things 'on the bright side.' This world is full of broken people. Iv'e had many friends through out my life whom have been very troubled and hurting. You just never know how or who will come across your path. Thanks again Robert for your desire to care and lend a 'smile.' Golly but it's important.
Kathy Jane.
You have a typo in the 9th line from the bottom, "surely". The content is wonderful and sweetly humanitarian. It's an honest regret that not more or all people share such a feeling of empathy, one towards the other. That said, not everyone is good or nice and there walk among us sociopaths and psychopaths. Some people would hurt us for the simple joy of watching us suffer and die. We can't give "everyone" the benefit of the doubt. Which is why we teach our children "stranger danger". My little one loves everyone and tells them so. She prays for "everyone" too. But do I trust teachers and clergy alone with my child? Absolutely not. The bad guys are out there hiding in plain sight. And one only has to watch the news to know the sad and simple truth of that.

dear Kathy... growing into understanding is a challenge
that never ends. We learn mostly about ourself... and
the day arrives when it is easy to be who we want in every
way that life presents itself. Your poetry is full of discovery...
therein we find contentment. truly, Pat
