A cascade of brilliant colors in this one. I think the poet is emphasizing them to capture the emergence of new life in the spring season. Spring is the season of new hope, the time of resurrection from the tomb of winter. The last lines indicate a coalescence of within with without, a metaphor for the possibilities of the spirit, as reflected by nature.

Youv'e thought it through..I really love that..'resurrection from the tomb of winter.' I have many shirt tail relatives that live in really cold places they and others just can't wait for winter to melt away into Spring. We need color and light and warmth and nurture. You have spoken well.
Thanks so much and blessings,

Kathy,
Well . . . I see the Christian message and all that it means for a weary world. Particularly like your ending stanza. Congratulations.

The poem is supposed to be the inner ringing of soul bells with humanity and how we are moved by the beauty within the Spring season. We are complex and always responding and such like that. I love your review by the way. thanks oodles.

I happened to read your note first... which seemed a good thing. I feel so strongly the rising joy of every color... of every flower... of spring conquering the winter... of resurrection. There is the hope that the long night will end, and light will come again to fill us. So beautifully shared.

The emergence of vibrant colour which comes with spring and rebirth. So welcome after the insipd colours of winter. I always find spring so uplifting, a most beautiful time. You gave me colour and I was thankful for that Kathy, plus an expectation of hope.

It's awfully nice to read honest in depth thoughts from a person's own unique view. Nice to know that others such as yourself are 'out there.' We are all living in the day to day after all. Thanks again..I really liked your thoughts on differences between colors between spring and summer.

This time with a smidgeon of sadness because spring is my favourite season and I have a long wait before she arrives. Although I love the colour in autumn, I don't like the feelings of decay it brings and winter makes me want to hibernate. Your spring poem of rebirth rings my bell.
The Spring within and the Spring without. It is lovely to be refreshed and renewed, and you tell it beautifully.

we do,we need it all, that`s why he gave us 4 seasons
' Sunset flames adorn highest branches.' What a beautiful beckoning!
Your love for the all around is extraordinarily radiant in this creation Kathy... makes me want to sing and dance in the, 'Living hope rings early morning.' Could stay in this poem for the now and ever.. especially as its wet, dismal and dark here! Thank you so much for sharing this patchwork of words.

we can stumble in life....have our falls...and then hibernate as to striving like a Bear in winter...but then when spring arrives...new hope, new glory, and new route to work with...life looks up...
and summer eventually comes....we start moving again.
terrific work here, Kathy...the way you use your slant rhyme to match with the pure rhyme...
much like Dickinson...this poem speaks to me...stirring anew.
