Invincible Simplicity

Day to day life

Invincible Simplicity

What is strength? Is it within passing gifts which are given no fanfare?

Expansive extravagance of the day by day; life lessons offered freely?

Is it within the reality of our eyes being vulnerably open?

For it is with the eyes we see but it is with the heart we know.

Experience, this is where the power of cause and effect live.

How does one handle pain? Does one try to ignore it?

How does one handle success? Bask in it?

Can we outrun our very lives?

Learn to learn; Let us function from experiences.

Let us bend in life storms of rain and blasting hail.

It too will pass. These are simple words.

I for one don’t mind a reminder.

Can I   Simply accept, simply cry and move on?

Simply live.

“Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be.” Grandma Moses.
I guess this still holds true. We may not be captains of our fate, but we steer the ship...and it's how we use the rudder and how we take the waves that make us who we are.
Experience is the best teacher...the only one we really listen too.

Life will always give us lessons to learn and experience to carry through life. The heart will be heavy with pain and at times joyful. Life goes on no matter what decisions we make. It's not easy but what choice do we have?
